14-Day Easy  Returns
At https://bromleyboutique.co.uk/, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
•    Be returned within 14 days of notifying us
•    Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
•    Include all original tags and packaging
•    Not show any signs of wear, damage, washing, or perfume
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
•    Items that have been worn or used
•    Items without original tags
•    Personalised or customised products
•    Hygiene-sensitive items where seals have been broken

4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
1.    Email us at info@bromleyboutique.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2.    We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
3.    Package the item securely and send it to the address provided.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
•    We will notify you if your refund is approved.
•    Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
•    Your order number
•    Photos of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return postage where applicable.

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

1.    Check your bank account again.
2.    Contact your payment provider.
